SHARKS & OTHER PREDATORS..

I have had a lifelong fascination with sharks and other aquatic predators, and have been diving with’ and filming various shark species since 1998, including Tiger sharks, Galapagos sharks, Bronze whalers, Grey Reefs, Sevengills, Bull sharks, Hammerheads, Blue sharks, Mako’s and Great Whites.

Dave has one of the largest stock libraries of Great white shark footage in NZ, filmed over a 7-year period.  His stock library contains some unique sequences of white sharks interacting with one another, investigating birds and floating objects, spy-hopping, taking baits, jaw-popping, defecating, etc, and has underwater sequences of individuals from 2.5M to 5M, – along with shots of female white sharks with fresh mating scars.

“As well as sharks I’m equally fascinated by any predator – whether marine, freshwater or terrestrial, and past assignments have seen me filming crocodiles in PNG, Orca in NZ and bears in Alaska.
